Refund policy

1. All goods returned must be sealed and in its original packaging.
2. All electrical goods are non refundable.
3. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
4. All returns are at the management's discretion.
5. All correctly supplied goods returned for credit will carry a 20% handling fee.
6. Goods will only be accepted for credit if returned within 7 days.
7. NO RETURNS accepted after a period of 7 days from date of supply.
