Shipping policy

Shipping costs R150 to all locations in Gauteng and R250 anywhere else in South Africa.

We ship anywhere else in the world. Shipping rates will be calculated after checkout. A separate invoice will be generated once your location and the cost of the shipping has been determined. This will then be sent on to you for your account and payment. Unfortunately, shipping cannot be calculated at checkout.

Order dispatch time:

Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm (midday) on each of these days will be dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday, as well as orders received on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders received on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following first working day.

General notes on delivery:

We endeavor to meet the best and fastest delivery time always. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.

We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at chrisnah@all-o-matic.co.za We’ll initiate a carrier investigation and keep you informed.

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund—your choice.

For high-value orders, we may request a signed affidavit. We reserve the right to deny claims for deliveries confirmed by the carrier unless clear evidence of non-receipt is provided.
