Shipping Information:

Shipping costs R150 to all locations in Gauteng and R250 anywhere else in South Africa.

We ship anywhere else in the world. Shipping rates will be calculated after checkout. A separate invoice will be generated once your location and the cost of the shipping have been determined. This will then be sent to you for your account and payment. Unfortunately, shipping cannot be calculated at checkout.

Order Dispatch Time:

Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm (midday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday, as well as orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders received on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following first working day.

General Notes on Delivery:

We endeavor to meet the best and fastest delivery time always. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.

We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.

All goods returned must be sealed and in its original packaging. All electrical goods are non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are at the management's discretion.
